- Expression of Interest are invited for Sustainability-linked Bonds and Transition Bonds Executive on-Line Training Service Provider. Publication Date: 13-Dec-2021 Expression of Interest Deadline: 20-Dec-2021 Assignment Description IFC is looking a credible partner to design and deliver the executive training (virtual) on Sustainability-linked Bonds and Transition Bonds for market participants in the four target markets of South Africa, Egypt, Mexico and the Philippines. This new training aims to prepare emerging market real sector corporates, domestic investors, capital market officials, and financial institutions with foundation knowledge and practical tools to support issuance of Sustainability-linked Bonds (SLBs), and Transition Bonds (TBs), which are newly emerging instruments. As a result, the SLBs/TBs issuers and market players can improve their ability to addressing the financing needs of a just transition phase in their respective countries. In total 12 cohorts to be delivered over the next 3-4 years.
