Islamic Philanthropy is the largest private income generating programme in the MENA region and has been growing in other regions. As part of its strategy to further grow IP contributions, UNHCR's Private Sector Partnerships seeks to strengthen global awareness of UNHCR's Refugee Zakat Fund and otherIP initiatives, to reinforce its positioning as a trusted and effective channel for IP giving among both public and private donors. To support these efforts, UNHCR is seeking to engage a qualified consulting company to provide the following services to enhance the visibility, credibility, and impactof the Refugee Zakat Fund globally: LOT 1: research, promotional and strategy services LOT 2: event management services LOT 3: creative production servicesPlease note that it is NOT mandatory to submit proposals to all services. The evaluation for each LOT will be carried out separately on technicaland financial level.Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification or any question in respect of this RFP by e-mail to Erzsebet Gal, galer@unhcr.org.
