- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Continuum of Care Services to Released Inmates under UNODC Introduction : On Behalf of UNODC, UNDP is procuring to deliver continuum of care services and reaching out to released inmates and other key at risk populations including people who inject drugs, men sex with men, sex workers and their partners. Projects should aim at establishing and providing outreach healthcare services/centers for released inmates, drug users, people who inject drugs and other key at risk groups in Alexandria, Al-Fayoum, Cairo, Luxor, Minya and Suhag governorates of Egypt. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
