- Only Egyptian companies are invited Dear Sir/Madam,The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is inviting Institutions to ITB - Bid number 9197333 for Printing and visibility items Please find attached, the ITB including the submission guidelines( PDF file) Deadline expected to receive proposals is 25 Jun 2025 at 3 PM Cairo Time Important note:Offers can be made in USD. Payments can be either in USD, provided the supplier can issue invoices in USD, or in EGP, based on the UN operational exchange rate at the time of payment. Please submit full specs Please submit sample for each item . Please note that the company potentially awarded the contract must provide:The balance sheet for 2023 & 2024The latest two financial statements ( audited statements )The tax registration & The commercial registrationPayment will be after delivery Please make sure that your proposal is sent to a secure e-mail address accessible only by the designated staff for the receipt of bids or proposals which is egy-bids@unicef.org ( please send the proposal to this email only ) , if offers will be sent to other email addressed even in CC the company will be disqualified .
