- The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) has a requirement for the Mortuary services for its office in Egypt.The following is a list of the services required. However this list is not exhaustive and the details of these services will be provided in the Scope of works which will be attached to the Request for Quotation document:The Mortuary Services requirements are as follows. • The Contractor is required to provide the mortuary services to UNTSO Office at UNICEF Cairo in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set forth herein. • Collection and transportation of the remains to any Hospital in Cairo or any defined hospital in the area variations of kilo meters to be taken into consideration], if required. • Collection and transportation of the remains from any Cairo Hospital or any defined hospital in the area to undertaker-s premises, provision of cold storage facility. • Collection and transportation of the remains in transfer box by hearse, to site of ceremony in UNTSO Office at UNICEF Cairo Premises, if required. • Arrange and coordinate autopsy, if required. • Provide death certificate, and all other related administration, including cancellat...
