Dear Prospective Bidder: You are invited to submit a proposal for the above subject RFP for the World Health Organization (WHO) - Country Office in Egypt (WCO Egypt) according to the attached documents and as below: 1) Intention to Bid: No later than 30 April 2025 the bidder shall complete the followingAnnexes and return by email to: emacoegytender@who.int as specified in section 3 Instructions to Bidders (use subject: [RFP 04/2025/01]) The signed Acknowledgement Form, attached to the RFP as Annex 1. The signed Confidentiality undertaking, attached to the RFP as Annex 2.2) Queries: A prospectivebidder requiring clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may notify WHO via email at the following address emacoegytender@who.int no later than 30 April 2025. 3) Submission: Proposals must be sent, in two distinct parts: Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal via e-mailto emacoegytender@who.int as specified in section 3 Instructions to Bidders no later than [7 May 2024] at [13:00] hours, [Cairo] time, and marked RFP 04/2025/01 Establishing a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Vehicle Rental Services in Egypt.
