- The objective of the assignment isto inform the World Bank-s policy dialogue with the Government of Egypt and theRTA to respond to the request for technical support, focusing on the followingaspects: 1) 1) Supporting thedevelopment of a strategic roadmap for strategic infrastructure developmentprojects and IWT service operations, which includes private, public and public-privatepartnership (PPP) financing. 2) Advising on the river transport vessel design standards and specifications aligned with global good practices to enable private sector investment in vessel building toward green, safe, and resilient transport of specialized goods.
