- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Operation and Maintenance Support for Raml Tram The National Authority for Tunnels ("NAT"), the Employer intends to publish for the Prequalification under the following project: Alexandria Rami Tram Rehabilitation. The Services of the consultant shall consist of providing a technical assistance denominated Operation & Maintenance (O&M) consisting of assisting NAT into selecting an operator for the Rehabilitated Raml Tram in Alexandria, launching the operation, as well as offering capacity building to the Employer and other stakeholders.
