- Expression of Interest are invited for Building Capacity for Healthcare Quality Leaders Under Healthcare Quality Advisory, Ifc is Looking to Hire a Consultant Firm to Organize a Series of in-Person, Practical Workshops for Healthcare Leaders and for Those Responsible for Implementing Quality Standards in Client Healthcare Facilities. The Program Aims to Build the Individual Capacity of Quality Managers and Those Who Direct Quality Management Programs to Effectively Develop, Lead and Facilitate Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement Activities. Eligibility Eligibility Restrictions Apply: At Least 10 Years of International Experience of Working in the Health Sector on Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety, including Private Sector. University Degree, Preferably in the Field of Health or Science Deep Understanding of International Standards of Quality Assurance (Q) and Patients Safety. Understanding of the Challenges Faced by Healthcare Organizations in Emerging Markets, Particularly Related to Developing and Implementing Good Quality Assurance Practices Excellent Communication Skills Strong Awareness and Application of Adult Learning Techniques
