- Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of a Coordination and Procurement Consultant for a Technical Support Project. A maximum amount of one hundred seventy five million Euros (EUR 175,000,000). To accompany this Program, AFD has agreed to make available to the GoE a “Global Grant” up to EUR 3 million to finance technical assistance (hereinafter the “Project”).
