Description: PROSPECTS Egypt aims to ensure that refugees and members of the host community (HCs) in Greater Cairo, Alexandria and Damietta are well equipped with relevant skills that would prepare them to find sustainable job opportunities in the labour market.In a globalised world, skills have become increasingly important. While vocational and technical skills are essential, employers seek applicants with additional skills. Employers seek to hire those who have the ability to learn and adapt; read, write and compute competently; listen and communicate effectively; think creatively; solve problems independently; manage themselves at work; interact with co-workers; work in teams or groups; handle basic technology, lead effectively as well as follow supervision.
