- Expression of Interest are invited for Egypt PROBLUE: Cleaner Marine and Coastal Environment EGYPT Awareness Raising and Citizen Engagement in Alexandria. Objective 6. As part of the implementation of the above-mentioned project, the World Bank is seeking the services of a Consulting team/NGO/CSO/Organization for Activity (3) to implement activities to engage local stakeholders and increase awareness through community-based initiatives on the sources and impacts of plastics and pollution (environmental, health and safety, economic, etc.) in Alexandria, Egypt. C. Scope of Work 7. The proposed activity will focus on a middle or lower-income area combining both a commercial district/street-focused public awareness campaign and beach-focused activities. Possible locations being considered for the campaigns include: El Agami, El Bitash, El Hanovil, and Abou Talat. El Agami is of particular interest given the fact that it has both a commercial district and a beach accessed primarily by the local community.
