- Expression of Interest are invited for Developing Arabic Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) for Entrepreuneurs The Academy for Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT), Tanmia wa Tatweer - Egypt-s Entrepreneurship Development Project (TWT), now invites eligible firm consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, proposed methodology, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, CVs of key experts and commercial register, tax ID, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. The shortlisted criteria are: 1. The consultancy firm is registered as a company in AfDB member countries. 2. Have at least 5 years- experience in similar assignments 3. Key consultants to be proficient in their respective fields and provide evidence of relevant track record of specialized qualifications. 4. The firm to have proven experience in developing, designing, managing online platforms, preferably in the field of entrepreneurship. 5. Familiarity with the Egyptian ongoing digital transformation process will be an advantage. 6. Well-reputed firm with good track record. Evidence provided on reputation and success will be needed to get priority. 7. Use of innovative, creative, and youth-friendly techniques.
